Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns. All orders are made to the customers request and cannot be changed once in production.
When will I get my order?
Standard shipping times:
Screen print - 2 weeks
Embroidery - 1 to 2 weeks
DTG - 5 to 7 business days (1-2 days for samples)
Heat transfer - 5 to 7 days
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured at both our Scottsdale, AZ location and Phoenix, AZ location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will be invoiced separately for the shipping fee. Order will ship once shipping is paid.
